At Traumhund® you will find anti-allergenic, medical dog beds, dog pillows and dog mats made of pure Visco foam in premium quality with excellent support and restoring force – for the best possible hygienic and medical sleeping comfort. At Traumhund® we take care of your dog’s health – including allergies. This is another reason why we fill our orthopedic dog beds, dog pillows and dog mats exclusively with 100% medical Visco foam. For this, in addition to its outstanding dimensional stability, is also resistant to dust mites and therefore the first choice for filling material for allergic dogs. Conventional foams and polyester fibers, on the other hand, which become electrically charged, are a paradise for mites. After a short time, up to one tenth of this filling consists of the arachnids invisible to humans and their feces.
In addition, we also have some anti-allergenic fabrics in our product portfolio, all of which are Oeko-Tex 100 certified and allow perfect hygiene without any chemicals.
Organic 95
Our special cotton fabric is skin-friendly and machine washable at 95 degrees (boil-proof) and is also suitable for the dryer – for the best possible killing of bacteria, viruses or parasites such as mites with every wash. For light soiling, a 40 or 60 degree wash is sufficient – unless your dog has a severe contact or dust mite allergy.
Adventure
Our boil-proof cotton blend fabric with ripstop camouflage print not only looks good, but is also suitably durable. Thanks to protective Teflon finish and special impregnation, the cover has a water and dirt repellent effect. Impurities can usually be wiped off with a damp microfiber cloth. If the cover is heavily soiled, it can be conveniently removed and machine-washed at up to 95°C to get it back in shape.
Traumhund® Med
With the Traumhund® Med line we offer professional equipment for incontinent dogs and allergy sufferers. At the same time, a good quality of sleep is even more important for sick dogs than for a healthy animal. Finding high quality products for incontinent dogs is difficult. Conventional goods from the incontinence sector are waterproof and thus fulfill their purpose – but are usually made entirely or at least partially of plastic. For your dog, this can be very unpleasant in the long run.
